Return Policy
Submit a return or exchange request:
If the goods you received are not entirely to your liking, you can usually return or exchange your order.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Items that are custom made or specially ordered for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
Register your shipment in advance:
You must always report your return or exchange request in advance to our customer service department. You will then receive the necessary information and instructions from us.
14 days reflection period:
Your return or exchange request must be submitted to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Undamaged, unused and in original packaging:
Items you wish to return must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Costs:
The transportation and/or handling costs of the return or exchange will be at your expense.

To submit your return request, please send an email to info@dohdetailhandel.com and include the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Invoice number
- Explanation
- Photo of the shipment (for example of the package or pallet)
We will usually contact you within 1 business day to process your return request. Unfortunately, we cannot process incomplete requests;
